A conventional OLED device includes a substrate, an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode. A light-emitting unit is formed on the anode. The hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, the organic light-emitting layer, the electron transport layer, the electron injection layer, and the cathode are sequentially formed on the anode. The organic light-emitting layer, the electron transport layer and the cathode are all organic layers. The organic light-emitting layer is a layer used for light-emitting, and the electron transport layer and the cathode are respectively used for hole transport and electron transport. The conventional OLED device has a disadvantage of bad color reproduction, as shown in FIG. 1.
